Steve Wilson takes the spirit of 80s New York, combines rock imagery from the 70s, and squeezes it through a brain full of circuses and tribal body art. Steve's techniques are as eclectic as his influences, harnessing the spontaneity of pen, pencil, collage, and play-doh, with the endless possibilities of tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Clients include Sony BMG, AKQA - Nike, Diesel, The Guardian, Selfridges, NYC&GO, Space NK, Contagious, Atlantic Records and Universal Music. Plus recent projects include a fashion collaboration with Lee Swillingham and Stuart Spalding; the creative duo behind Love magazine. March 2010 saw him exhibiting a new body of work at Aubin and Wills, Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill.
