Wallpaper

Last month we mentioned James Joyce's work on the Victorinox penknife with Wallpaper. A limited edition set will be due out after an official launch on 21st September.  The idea behind the design was to create an abstract shape which, like the knife itself, has a selection of hidden elements emerging from it. The repeat pattern was used to create a more complex and intricate shape still.

James has also created illustrations for the October edition of Wallpaper, guest edited by Phillipe Starck, and is available now. New work is on the way for Brand Union and Rees Bradley Hepburn.
